Horizen Strong (Lower & Upper Strength)
Horizen Strong group classes are designed to build strength around three key compound lifts: the bench press, deadlift, and squat. These classes follow a structured 4–6 week cycle with three training days per week, focusing on strength progression and form proficiency. Each workout can be scaled to suit individual needs, and the classes aim to foster a supportive community where participants encourage one another’s progress.
Conditioning Classes
These classes combine full-body, functional movements aimed at enhancing cardiovascular function and building foundational muscle endurance.
Run Strong Classes
Perfect for runners looking to reduce injury risk and develop full-body strength. This class primarily focuses on unilateral (single-sided) movements with added plyometrics (jumping and bounding) to increase power and stability.
Full Body Strength & Conditioning
This class incorporates exercises from both lower and upper body strength days from earlier in the week. It’s an ideal option for those looking to ease into strength training, as these sessions are generally less advanced.
